    Course description:

    Technical training will provide product support staff the ability to configure for use the Xprezzon, Qube bedside monitors and Xhibit Central. Learning to fully operate these products gives you the capability to conduct maintenance, react to user requests quickly and effectively, properly troubleshoot when needed, and take the correct action to resolve issues.     ICS Advanced Training (Online)

    ICS Advanced Troubleshooting for Customers** (999-1887-38)
    Course description:

    This 4-hour technical training will provide IT and Biomed Administrators insight into advanced troubleshooting techniques for the ICS system. This may include information about network traces via Wireshark, SQL queries and Windows Event Logs as well as other subjects on demand.
