Level 1  Product Operation: Identifying and rectifying user errors and accessory failures
Level 2  Preventative and basic corrective maintenance

    Xprezzon, Qube, Xhibit

    This technical training will provide product support staff the ability to configure for use the Xprezzon,
    Qube bedside monitors and Xhibit Central. Learning to fully operate these products gives you the capability
    to conduct maintenance, react to user requests quickly and effectively, properly troubleshoot when needed,
    and take the correct action to resolve issues. Every student will receive hands-on experience using and
    repairing the products.

    Course description:
    Technical training will provide product support staff the ability to
    configure for use the Xhibit Central, Telemetry Receiver, and AriaTele transmitters. Learning to fully operate
    these products gives you the capability to conduct maintenance, react to user requests quickly and
    effectively, properly troubleshoot when needed, and take the correct action to resolve issues. Every student
    will receive hands-on experience using and repairing the products.
